The Honolulu Prosecutor office is responsible for promoting and ensuring public safety and order through effective, efficient and just prosecution on behalf of the people of the City and County of Honolulu. The department is comprised of approximately 100 deputy prosecutors and about 170 support staff, including paralegals, victim-witness advocates, investigators and clerical personnel.
